Why are you struggling to stay focused?

We all know how it feels when you sit down to get some work done, and the next thing you know, you’ve spent the last hour scrolling through social media or checking your email. Staying focused seems like a daunting task in today’s world, and it’s only getting harder as distractions become more readily available.
There could be a variety of reasons for your lack of focus, but here are some of the most common ones:
- Overstimulation: Our brains are constantly bombarded with stimuli, and it can be difficult to tune out distractions when there’s always something new and exciting to catch our attention.
- Technology: Our reliance on technology has made it easier than ever to access information, but it’s also created an endless supply of distractions. From social media notifications to news updates, there’s always something new vying for our attention.
- Multi-tasking: With so much to do and so little time, it can be tempting to try to do multiple things at once. But the truth is that multi-tasking can actually be counter-productive, as it makes it harder for our brains to focus on any one task.
